## 1. Summary

instalaw.io does not use analytics, advertising, retargeting, or third-party tracking cookies. We do not load Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, Hotjar, Segment, Mixpanel, Plausible, or any similar tracker on this site.

## 2. The One Cookie We Set

While InstaLaw is in private alpha, we set a single first-party cookie named instalaw_alpha when you successfully redeem an alpha invite code. The cookie holds a signed token that proves you have access. It contains no personal information, no analytics identifier, and is not shared with any third party.
- Name: instalaw_alpha
- Purpose: remember that you have a valid alpha invite
- Type: first-party, HTTP-only, SameSite=Lax, signed (HMAC-SHA256)
- Duration: up to 30 days unless you clear it sooner
- Set only after you submit a valid invite code on /gate — never set by browsing the public site

## 3. Managing Cookies

You can clear the instalaw_alpha cookie at any time through your browser settings. If you clear it, you will need to redeem your invite code again to access alpha pages.

If we ever introduce additional cookies or any analytics on instalaw.io, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date shown here.
